SHIPPING & ORDERS

How long does shipping take to the United States?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $100 ship free to the United States. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $12.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at kusaya.inf@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate changes before it ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email us at kusaya.inf@gmail.com with your order number to start the process.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was shown, email us immediately at kusaya.inf@gmail.com with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.

ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

Are the products really handmade?
Yes. Every Kusaya piece is handcrafted by artisans in Sucre, Bolivia. No machines, no factories. Slight variations between pieces are a natural result of handmade production — we consider this a feature, not a flaw.

What materials are used?
Our products are made from natural wicker, rattan, organic cotton, natural linen, alpaca wool, natural felt, and carved wood. No synthetic materials.

What is the Jalq'a culture?
The Jalq'a are an indigenous group from the Chuquisaca region of Bolivia, known for producing some of the most complex and symbolic textiles in the Andean world. Their weaving techniques have been passed down for generations. At Kusaya we reinterpret these motifs in a contemporary context.

How do I care for my Kusaya pieces?
Wicker and rattan: wipe with a dry cloth, keep away from moisture.
Natural linen: hand wash cold, lay flat to dry.
Alpaca wool: hand wash cold, reshape and lay flat to dry.
Natural felt: spot clean only with a damp cloth.

GIFTING

Is the packaging gift-ready?
Yes. Every Kusaya order arrives in kraft packaging with a Kusaya seal. You can add a personal gift message at checkout at no extra cost.

Can I add a gift message?
Yes. At checkout there is a field for order notes — write your message there and we will include it on a Kusaya card inside the box.
